We would like to remind everybody that this race is a charity event and the race organisers receive no remuneration for their services. The Germiston Wheelers and the Germiston Rotary Club use these proceeds constructively to help others in our community. That is why we would like to thank our main sponsors, Carnival City Casino and Macsteel, for their on-going support! Last but not least, we would like to extend a big thank you to all the participants; without whom this race would not be possible!

Please take note that various roads, in and around Carnival City Casino, will be affected by the cycling event. Please allow extra time to reach your destination if you are travelling in this area. The EMPD will be at all major intersections and crossings along with Marshals and members of Helivac, thus be assured that traffic delays will be kept to an absolute minimum. We urge the public to please adhere to these changes.
